We Offer Seller Financing
Because of the way we buy, we can offer Seller Financing to help you purchase a home without having to go to a bank to qualify for a loan. We also have the flexibility to offer Lease Purchase Programs that let you move in now with a reasonable down payment and qualify for financing later.

Here’s How We Work |

Our property listings will give you a detailed description of the home, including photos and the address.
If you think you’re interested, drive out to the home
and look at it from the outside.
If you decide that you want to see the inside,
call the phone number posted at the house and
we will give you the lock box combination so you can go inside on your own. If you like what you see and want to make an offer, you can use the forms in the home (with full instructions) that you’ll find on the kitchen counter.
